In a recent announcement by Tony Khan on Sunday, it was revealed that Adam Cole will no longer be participating in tonight’s highly anticipated AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door pay-per-view. Unfortunately, Cole’s absence is a result of an illness, leading to the cancellation of his scheduled match against Tom Lawlor.
There’s no word on what Cole’s illness is but we hope he recovers quickly.
