AEW Dynamite topped 1 million viewers for the first time since October 5.
The show was up from the 969,000 viewers last week. In the 18-49 demographic, the show finished third on the cable charts with a 0.32 rating, which is up from the 0.31 last week.
Dynamite paid tribute to the late Jay Briscoe in a match featuring his brother, Mark, and longtime friend, Jay Lethal. The competitors honored the legacy of the former Ring of Honor World champion in an emotion-filled contest, just one week after Briscoe’s shocking death.
The show also featured TNT champion Darby Allin renewing his rivalry with The House of Black and Bryan Danielson combatting Brian Cage as he gets closer to a world title match with MJF.
