Andrade El Idolo to leave AEW after Worlds End

Andrade El Idolo is expected to be done with AEW.

After his match against Miro at AEW Worlds End on Sunday, it is anticipated that Andrade El Idolo will conclude his time with tAll Elite Wrestling. There are reports suggesting that the former WWE U.S. and NXT Champion might be returning to WWE as soon as Monday’s Raw Day 1 edition.

According to Fightful’s report, Andrade informed AEW this past Wednesday that he no longer wanted to be with the company and was planning on leaving. The report mentioned that “the situation surrounding Andrade’s exit was less than pleasant with some even saying a major disagreement had unfolded.”

Before joining AEW, Andrade El Idolo, whose real name is Manuel Alfonso Andrade Oropeza, achieved fame in Mexico and in WWE. Andrade made his debut for AEW on the June 4, 2021 episode of Dynamite. In his time with AEW, Andrade has had notable matches against various opponents, including Rey Mysterio, PAC, and Kenny Omega.
