Theory had a major opportunity to prove Vince McMahon’s faith in him on Monday Night Raw as he challenged Finn Balor for the United States championship.
The two had a solid match, that ended with Theory avoiding the Coup de Grace and hitting the A-Town Down to score the pinfall on Balor and become the new Champion.
After the match, Theory celebrated in the ring and Vince McMahon came out and took the customary post-match selfie with his protégé.
