Adam Pearce made Brock Lesnar vs. Cody Rhodes at WWE Backlash official during a segment that took place on Monday’s Raw.
Pearce made the bout official in an attempt to stop Cody Rhodes from attacking Lesnar, who came out to confront him on the stage. Rhodes still tried to attack Lesnar, but he was stopped by a swarm of security guards.
Brock Lesnar vs. Cody Rhodes joins a match card that includes The Usos and Solo Sikoa vs. Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn and Matt Riddle, which was also confirmed on Monday night.
