The main event of WWE Elimination Chamber was the Men’s Chamber match for the WWE Championship. The match featured Bobby Lashley vs. Brock Lesnar vs. Seth “Freakin” Rollins vs. Austin Theory vs. Riddle vs. AJ Styles.
Rollins and Theory started the match. Rollins Buckle Bombed Theory into a pod and took out Lashley in the process as Lashley. He would then be taken to the back by referees. Lashley was the 5th entrant but he never entered the match and did not return due to concussion protocol.
Lesnar kicked his pod door and entered the match and quickly pinned Rollins and Riddle. Lesnar then stalked Theory around the cell, even trying to lock himself in a pod. Theory hit Lesnar with a low blow and a DDT before scoring a two-count. He then climbed the Chamber wall trying to escape, but Lesnar caught him and hit Theory with an F-5 off the top of the pod before dragging him in the ring and scoring the pin to win the WWE title.
Brock Lesnar now becomes a seven-time WWE Champion. It now looks like it’ll be a champion vs. champion match at WrestleMania.
