CM Punk and MJF are set for a brutal battle in a Dog Collar match at AEW’s Revolution pay-per-view on Sunday, March 6 in Orlando, Florida.
On Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite, CM Punk was in the ring when MJF decided to join him. Towards the end of the segment, MJF hugged Punk but then hit him with a low blow and attacked him.
“You stupid, stupid old man,” MJF said in Punk’s face. “I’m a snake. The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he doesn’t exist. And this Sunday at Revolution, I’m going to show you and all these mindless sheep that I am the devil himself.”
After a massive attack, CM Punk was left in the ring covered in blood with the dog collar wrapped around his neck.
Friday’s Rampage was the go-home show for Revolution, and CM Punk delivered one final promo before their match as only he can.
