Fans that have already entered Raymond James Stadium in Tampa for WrestleMania 37 were told to seek shelter because of an incoming severe thunderstorm that was producing heavy wind, rain and lightning.
“Ladies and gentlemen, please be advised as severe weather, including lightning, is within the immediate vicinity of Raymond James Stadium. At this time we ask that all fans seek shelter on the covered concourse nearest your seats.
Forecast for showtime calls for isolated thunderstorms and temperatures in the 70s. Sunday also doesn’t look great as thunderstorms are expected throughout the day with scattered thunderstorms during the show.
WWE Champion Bobby Lashley vs. Drew McIntyre will open the show while WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Sasha Banks vs. Bianca Belair will close it out on Saturday night.
I didn’t even think about weather fuckery potentially affecting #WrestleMania…
