Jamie Hayter took on Toni Storm for the interim AEW Women’s World Championship at Full Gear. The match went back and forth as Toni Storm fought to retain her title, taking Jamie to the floor and laying into her with hard-hitting strikes.
Later in the match, a bloodied Storm continued to fight through everything Hayter threw at her. Britt Baker DMD then came out of nowhere and stomped on Storm while Hayter got her in the ring to pin her for the near fall.
At the end of the match, Baker exposed a turnbuckle pad. Hayter then rammed Storm’s face-first into it and scored the win off the ripcord lariat. Jamie Hayter is the new AEW Interim Women’s World Champion.
