Cody Rhodes made a guest appearance on “The Grayson Waller Effect,” on WWE Payback. Rhodes acknowledged the usual pattern where Waller provokes him, they engage in a brawl, and he finishes it with a Cross Rhodes move. Instead, Rhodes decided to go down a different path and make a significant announcement.
Rhodes disclosed that he had used his influence within WWE to secure a spot for someone new on the Monday Night Raw roster. He then introduced Jey Uso as the latest addition to Raw.

Initially appearing excited about Uso’s presence, Waller couldn’t resist being insulting, and as a consequence, he received a swift superkick from Uso. Uso then celebrated his arrival, concluding the segment.
