Liv Morgan wins the WWE Women’s World Championship at King and Queen of the Ring 2024

In the WWE Women’s World Championship match between Becky Lynch (c) and Liv Morgan, the action began with Liv Morgan getting an early cheap shot during a referee break.

The match featured brawling around ringside and several offensive maneuvers from Morgan, including a sweep off the middle rope, kicks in the corner, and multiple pin attempts. Lynch fought back with a diving clothesline and a dropkick, but Morgan responded with a codebreaker for a near fall.

After Lynch missed a top rope dive, Morgan landed a dropkick but failed to secure the victory. Both wrestlers exchanged holds, with Morgan countering Lynch’s armbar into the Rings of Saturn before Lynch escaped and locked in the Dis-arm-her. Dominik Mysterio’s interference provided a crucial distraction, allowing Morgan to hit Lynch with a DDT on a chair and follow up with Oblivion to win the title.
