Former WWE NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose has been released by the WWE due to the content she has posted on her FanTime page, a subscription platform similar to OnlyFans.
WWE officials felt like the content was “outside of the parameters” of Rose’s WWE contract. News of Rose’s release comes one day after she lost the NXT women’s championship to Roxanne Perez.
“She got fired.” said Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio.“[WWE Performance Center Trainer] Matt Bloom brought Shawn Michaels some of the stuff that she’s been putting on her subscription service. She does not have an OnlyFans, it’s a subscription service. Bloom told Shawn what was there and Shawn’s immediate thing was ‘we’ve got to get the title off her immediately.’”
In recent days, Mandy posted photos in the shower with her fiancé, Tino Sabbatelli, as well as a solo skinny dipping video.
Rose had been with WWE since 2015. She first appeared as a contestant on the reality show Tough Enough and signed a WWE contract after the show. She then competed on WWE’s developmental brand NXT until being called up to the main roster in 2017.
