Former WWE Superstar Matt Riddle is poised to introduce his own unique cannabis variety. After his WWE departure, Matt Riddle dropped a cryptic Instagram post alluding to an exciting future endeavor. Today, he posted an Instagram post announcing the launch of his very own cannabis strain, “Riddle OG.”
WWE recently released Riddle, after the he found himself embroiled in an incident at JFK Airport, where he appeared to be intoxicated and unruly. In addition to this incident, Riddle had garnered backstage criticism due to various other issues.
Riddle’s most recent in-ring appearance occurred on the September 4 edition of WWE Raw, where he joined forces with Drew McIntyre. Riddle made his WWE debut in 2018, signing with the company after a successful career in MMA. He was initially assigned to the NXT brand, where he quickly established himself as one of the most popular stars. He won the NXT Tag Team Championship with Pete Dunne in 2020, and was promoted to the main roster in 2021.
On the main roster, Riddle has won the United States Championship and the Raw Tag Team Championship twice, both times with Randy Orton as part of the tag team RK-Bro. He is also a former WWE Elimination Chamber match winner.
