MJF survived his first-ever Iron Man match by defeating Bryan Danielson 4-3 in sudden death overtime in the main event of AEW Revolution.
MJF was initially announced as the winner when the 60-minute match ended with a final score tied at 3-3. However, Tony Schiavone then made his way to the ring to announce that Tony Khan had decided that the match would continue under sudden death rules with a final deciding fall for the win.
It’s official: ONE MORE FALL under Sudden Death Rules!

MJF tried his best to cheat to win in overtime, distracting referee Bryce Remsburg with a teased belt shot only to attempt to then hit the challenger with the Dynamite diamond ring. MJF used an oxygen tank when the referee wasn’t looking, then trapped the American Dragon in his own Lebell Lock for the submission win.
