Roman Reigns Wins the Fatal 4-Way, Retaining the Undisputed Universal Championship

Roman Reigns is still the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion

The WWE Royal Rumble featured a high-stakes fatal 4-way match with Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns facing off against LA Knight, AJ Styles, and Randy Orton.

Randy Orton is the opening entrant, followed by AJ Styles. Before LA Knight’s entrance, we have a brief intermission for a Slim Jim commercial. Roman Reigns then makes his impressive entrance last.

Reigns’ initial smugness was quickly shattered by a united front from his challengers, though their alliance was brief. The match escalated outside the ring, with Reigns and Styles feeling the brunt of the announcers’ table. Back in the ring, the action saw each superstar landing blows in a fast-paced sequence. Reigns took control with a methodical attack, but Knight rallied, delivering a superplex to Styles and a BFT to Reigns for a close near-fall.

Styles’ Styles Clash on Reigns nearly ended the match, but Knight intervened. Reigns was consistently targeted, narrowly escaping defeat after Orton’s RKO. However, Orton’s pin attempt was interrupted by Solo Sikoa, who took out Orton and positioned Knight atop him. After Sikoa’s failed attack on Styles, leading to a crash through the barricade, Styles almost secured the win with a Phenomenal Forearm on Reigns.

Utilizing the no-disqualification rule, Styles wielded a steel chair, but Orton’s intervention led to Reigns spearing Orton out of contention. Knight’s resurgence was cut short when Reigns dodged his attack, causing Styles to fall from the ropes. Reigns then sealed the match with a spear on Styles.
