WWE has revealed a battle royal presented by Slim Jim for SummerSlam.
In a backstage moment on Smackdown, LA Knight and Sheamus found themselves in a heated confrontation. The situation caught the attention of Adam Pearce, who promptly decided to include both of them in the battle royal. Pearce was seemingly pitching the match on the phone before being interrupted.
SummerSlam is set for August 5 at Ford Field in Detroit, MI. The battle royal will showcase a select group of “Raw” and “SmackDown” superstars. As of now, the exact number of participants remains unspecified. Details about the prize for the battle royal, if there is one, is also yet to be disclosed.
