Paul Levesque, a.k.a. Triple H is recovering after undergoing surgery following a ‘cardiac event’ last week caused by a genetic heart issue. He is expected to make a full recovery.
In a statement on Wednesday, WWE said: ‘Paul Levesque, a.k.a. Triple H, underwent a successful procedure last week at Yale New Haven Hospital following a cardiac event.
The 14-time former world champion currently serves as WWE’s executive vice president of Global Talent Strategy & Development for the WWE. He is married to Stephanie McMahon, the Chief Brand Officer and daughter of Vince McMahon. The couple have three daughters, Vaughan, Aurora and Murphy.
