During this week’s NXT, Samoa Joe was backstage when approached by NXT Champion Karrion Kross and Scarlett. Kross tells him there are new rules and reminds Joe he can’t do anything unless provoked. Joe steps aside and Kross and Scarlett exit the building, but not before Scarlett stops and seethes at Joe. Joe turns back around to Pete Dunne staring him down.
