This week’s edition of WWE’s Monday Night Raw comes from the Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida, as the WWE moves toward SummerSlam 2023 on August 5th in Detroit.
Among the highlights, will be a contract signing for the World Heavyweight Championship match between Seth Rollins and Finn Balor. Tensions will be running high as they put pen to paper, sealing their fate for the championship match at SummerSlam.
The animosity between Logan Paul and Ricochet is set to increase as Paul makes his return to Raw ready to confront “The One and Only.” This past week, Ricochet demanded that Paul show up to Raw. The demand was accepted, and now the stage is set for a showdown.
A face-to-face confrontation between Intercontinental Champion Gunther and the fierce Drew McIntyre will also take place. After defeating Matt Riddle without his Imperium cohorts at ringside, Intercontinental Champion Gunther issued a challenege to The Scottish Warrior. Will McIntyre accept Gunther’s challenge?
Tommaso Ciampa seeks revenge against Bronson Reed, who meddled in Ciampa’s recent match with The Miz.
Additionally, a high-stakes rematch between Becky Lynch and Zoey Stark will take place. If Lynch wins, she will secure a match with the WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus at SummerSlam.
