NXT General Manager William Regal has been released by WWE.
Regal has been working in NXT and at the PC since the summer of 2014, acting as the brand’s on-screen General Manager.
Regal was also the company’s Director of Talent Development and Head of Global Recruiting. He was last seen in an on-screen angle that brought Samoa Joe back to NXT to take on Karrion Kross, but after leaving the famed NXT parking lot he was not seen again since the relaunch of the brand.
